Re-Designing of my Project's Program

Hello Guys, Please find the 3 attachments screenshots of 3 screens from our internal-office program. this program has around 40 screens, most of them contain the same elements: -Pop-up Windows -Alert Messages -Buttons -Grids -Filtering fields -Date intervals -Icons and some more. before I decide which freelancer I should award for this project, I need a sample for 2 screens. the project will include re-designing of all screens (40) and if results is good, we will re-design around 4-6 programs with the same concept. Requirement: I need you to provide me PSD of the new graphic look of each screen attached to this email so every screen will look more modern and attractive. Instructions: -YOU MAY re-design freely the top main menu as you like and replace "old" colors, buttons, icons, highlights(currently:none) and fonts for new looking ones. -DO NOT increase/decrease the sizes of buttons, text-boxes, fields or grid length, keep them same size and proportions.
