Design a website for a property investment business

Greetings! We are looking for an outstanding Web Developer to be responsible for the coding, innovative design and layout of our website. The ideal candidate for this position is a hands-on professional with strong knowledge of content management platforms, and an ability to translate our business needs into client-friendly functions that will expand our website’s influence in our industry. Web developer responsibilities include building our website from the provided concept all the way to completion from the bottom up, fashioning everything from the home page to site layout and function. It is preferred that the website be editable via Wordpress post-build. Project Budget: $135 - $665 Responsibilities: 1. Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices 2. Expertise in the art of designing and implementing novel/ innovative features and functionality 3. Ability to lead development putting together and championing organization wide best practices 4. Create website layout/user interface by using your skills and expertise 5. Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs 6. Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site Requirements: 1. Proven working experience in web programming 2. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of WordPress 3. Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process 4. Strong organizational skills 5.
