Create professional looking WordPress website

I sell at least 50 website jobs per year and hire people here to do the work. Look at my reviews and you will see I am a great payer. Unfortunately so far Freelancers seem to work hard in the beginning and then when they get some of my money regularly, they slow down, do less work and expect more money than before. This is not acceptable. I am looking for one or two new Freelancers to work for me every week on projects. You need to have above average CSS skills which is absolutely necessary. I do not want someone who thinks they are a WordPress developer who cannot write custom code and create custom templates. You must be exceptional with design skills and be a creative thinker who provides great ideas to make the website look the best it possibly can look. I want someone who gets the details of the website from me and then have their own vision to create something beautiful without me having to explain what should be created in every detail. You are the expert, create something professional for me. Many of you just post a price here and never even read the project. This is a test to see who is reading the project details before posting a price. Put the words, "I understand" in your proposal so I know you have read this. I want to see your price to do a very nice looking WordPress website that uses Visual Composer so it is very easy to update in the future on every page. It has a Rev Slider banner, social media, contact7 forms, Facebook feed in footer, testimonials, image gallery and approximately 5 pages of contents. Give your best price because I know my pricing and what I can get this for.
