Project Idea Develop the slogan, concept/visual identity and media kit in order to launch the new eCommerce store named Total Ninjas (which will provide a vast variety of products worldwide), holding its main focus in three key markets: USA, Lebanon, and Brazil. Background Context Total Ninjas’ idea came up when three girls, each one living in a different country, decided they would like to open an e-commerce store to tackle what seems to be a great opportunity in the markets they live in: USA, Lebanon, and Brazil. Lebanon and Brazil’s higher socioeconomic groups have difficulties in finding many products they would like to purchase in their home countries for various reasons: - Different than Lebanon and Brazil, the USA is highly efficient in distributing products from around the world to its consumers. Access to infinite e-commerce stores and brands, easy click and buy policies, strong currency, low taxes, services as PayPal and financing are available, and their shipping works around the clock. This makes them the first choice for anyone who wants to buy products. Therefore, it makes sense to use them as a starting point to distribute to other countries. - Moreover, the USA is a producer market that initiates many trends which are pursued by higher socioeconomic groups in different countries around the world. Therefore, we want to send a lot of products from America to supply the demand in other countries. Based on this scenario, we saw an opportunity to create an e-commerce store which will fulfill a latent demand in the regions mentioned above and other countries as well. Total Ninjas was the name selected for our brand, once we believe Ninjas can do anything to resolve an issue or to win a battle and in this case, we will offer products that many people struggle to find in their countries. Total Ninjas store is not a niche store which you can buy items of one specific category. In Total Ninjas, our consumers can find the most wanted products of a variety of classes. And if by any chance they do not find what they want, all they have to do is send us a message or chat with us, and our Ninjas will track down this product until get it delivered to our clients - this is our advantage from other e-commerce stores. Total Ninjas is supposed to be automated, sophisticated, fast and high-end. Why do we want this project? Because we saw an opportunity to reach consumers in Brazil, Lebanon and USA that are struggling to buy products. Target: higher socioeconomic classes who are following trends and want to buy certain types of product which are not available in their countries or if they are, its extremely overpriced. People who like new things and do not want to wait until they have access in their countries What Consumers think today? I want to buy this new product but I cannot find anywhere in my country, the only place I found it, the price was ridiculous. I will have to wait until I travel to USA so I can buy it for a reasonable price. What we want consumers to think and do after this project? - Total Ninjas is an online store that has no limits in bringing me what I want. I know if I don't find this product anywhere else, Total Ninjas will make it happen for me. Execution Considerations - Since our primary target is composed of higher socioeconomic groups, we expect to have a sophisticated, minimalist logo, which conveys the message that everything is manageable and Total Ninjas is here to bring you what you want. - We would like to have elements in the logo that transmits a sophisticated touch, high-end technology vision and professionalism.
