Create New Design For Website

Hello, I'm looking for a skilled graphic web designer that has talented design abilities, that can take a concept from start to completion with minimal oversight and direction. Here is the following criteria. - The designer must have a good understanding of UI/UIX design and understand the importance of online real estate. The overall structure and user flow of the website must be contemplated and implemented by the designer. - The project needs to be completed in 3-5 days. - The website should be created in wordpress and must be fully responsive in both desktop and mobile. - The website should be created with optimal page speeds in mind. [login to view URL] - The designer is responsible for finding all images for the website unless otherwise specified. - The content of the website is very important and in quite a few cases the content needs to be visually and graphically presented, which would require the designer to present the content in a way that is visually appealing and clear. The designer must be very proficient with image creation software in order to accomplish this. - Once the website is complete the designer will be responsible for successfully installing the website to the production environment and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. - Having a strong command of the written English is VERY IMPORTANT as most of the communications will be in written form. [login to view URL] To give you a background about our business, we are an Educational Special Needs Advocate Consultant that services parents with children that have special needs. We are not a tutoring company and do not provide any instruction to children. We work with parents that feel their child is not getting the right special needs services and accommodations in the public school system. I've attached a document to this job posting that lays out all of the changes that need to be made to the current website in terms of content and layout. We would like to keep a similar structure with the sub tabs and subsections. When creating the website please pay close attention to the details of the document as everything is laid out there and we would like to reduce the amount of back and forth communication as much as possible.
