Hi I need a simple exe program, that will run as batch command file, and will get parameters (not online interface): image file name (including path),output resolution. The program should convert the image file (can be BMP or JPG) to an ICO file, in the desired resolution, output file name. Example: [login to view URL] c:\source\[login to view URL] 40 40 c:\[login to view URL] The program will convert the input file to an ICO file in 40 * 40 dots resolution, and will locate it in c: as [login to view URL] Can you do it? Only one exe file and not installation.
