Create graphics generator and install in website membership area

Back end development of a graphics generator & front end interface for website. I require a graphics generator to be set up on a web page in a website membership area. It will enable the user to select one of 3 template pack themes. In each of those 3 themes there will be 30 graphic templates design options on which the image can be changed (uploaded), the text font can be changed, the font size, type (bold etc), kerning, line spacing, colour with color picker and hex codes), and the image in object and background colours can be changed or full background image inserted. Each template is offered in 3 size/ layout variations - one for Facebook, one for Pinterest and one for Instagram. Must be easy for me to add more design options for the user to select, and to upload additional templates (please provide instructions). I will provide a sample template graphics in .jpg or Photoshop (.psd format with layers, depending on your preference). You will need to replicate these on the website and make them customizable, and the resulting customized file downloadable. Must be able to turn around fast. No beginners please. Requires front end and back end development (from what I understand).
