Create cut drawings in Illustrator for cardboard furniture based on a photo

We are a printing company and we're looking for somebody that can create cut files for use with a machine that takes large cardboard plates and cuts shapes out of them. These shapes are then combined and pressed/glued together in a process that we want to use to create cardboard furniture.
We will supply you with a photo of a cardboard piece of furniture, like a chair, and give you basic dimensions (like how tall and wide the chair should be) and then it is up to you to come up with an illustration with shapes, cut and fold lines that we can use to cut cardboard.
Attached are two photo's of cardboard chairs. These illustrate the kind of drawings we need. Also attached is a PDF (created in Adobe Illustrator) that has a cut drawing of a small paper box made by us. The black lines are cut lines, and the red lines are fold lines. This is an example of the kind of file we need.
We are looking to get dozens of items (probably more) made by you over time. This is a new venture for us and while we have relations with production companies that specialize in cutting cardboard, we do not have somebody available that can create the cut files based on nothing more than a photo and simple directions.
