Coupon Groupon Like Site, Vendor Login, Customer Login, Admin Login... Subscriptions Not Buying deals

So this will be a site based on a users subscription and will allow for only paid subscriptions to be able to have access to the coupons. They need to be redeemable and statistically tracked per vendor. Right now we have a theme setup that does allow the vendor to login and see deals they have and redeem vouchers/ coupons. We have client area for the client to see the deals based on there subscription. The job will be broken up into several parts. I need the vendor dashboard to be pretty and colorful like the following [login to view URL] .... I would need the client dashboard to be a bit more pretty as well some color. The main part of the changes would need to go into the coupons being setup for monthly renewal with new voucher redemption available per customer at set quantity. this client has not yet given me the go ahead so i have a development site to try and show them what can be done so they pick me to develop.
