Colorful/artful graphic designer for logo and design work

I need a graphic designer with a playful style and keen sense of color. I have a small production company in Venice beach and have a few different projects going on. I'd like to hire a freelance designer "on retainer" basically so that I could email them tasks as they come in and get back completed compositions and designs.
I've tried posting on a couple different hiring sites but am not happy with the submissions I've received. I did my undergrad and grad at CalArts and make very stylish films and so I can be rather specific in my tastes and expectations. So, please, only apply if you lean toward vibrant color pallettes and striking visuals--these are not generic, corporate looks I'm going for.
You must be experienced and a good communicator and have a good online portfolio.
