I really like the story about the girl exploring various cities and I already have some ideas about the style and possible approach. However, since you shared no information about the number and format of the illustrations you require, please consider the quote and the deadline only provisional at this point. Being a traditionally trained artist and an experienced children's books illustrator, I can offer custom, hand drawn, done from scratch illustrations in any of the traditional media.
