3D Cartoon Animation

We need an illustrator to help us create an animated 3d Mascot to give personality to our brand. The parrot should pop up and guide our customer's through our tutorial inside our application, as well as in several parts of our website. The parrot should have our logo colors which are blue and orange, and should interact with customers. -For example in our pricing page, the parrot should fly and land next to our prices, and ask customers how many emails per month are they looking to send, and then propose a plan accordingly, maybe offer a discount -In the main page, the parrot should fly and land next to our logo, dressed accordingly to seasons for example(halloween, christmas, summer, valentines day) the parrot needs to then ask if the customers have used our templates for that season. For inside the application the parrot needs to pop up during various parts such as when -customer sends an emailing campaign -customer cancels a campaign -customer want to buy more email credits Attached is an example of the shape of the parrot we would like, however, we would like for it to have our company colors.
