Build Wordpress website with loyalty points / data algorithm

Website required with a custom front-end and back-end. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. The aim is to incentivise salespeople to sell a particular product. When they do, they can earn points which can be redeemed for gift vouchers via the website. The website does not allow them to purchase the vouchers, only to redeem the points they have in their account. In addition, the site must also have an interface in wp-admin allowing head office staff to upload sales data which will convert to points. This section of the website will be updated by head office and not able to be accessed by the salespeople. As such we will need two interfaces: 1. (FRONT END) Salespeople landing page with a customer login which shows the rewards points for each salesperson (by state) with a leaderboard showing the position of that salesperson in comparison to other salespeople in their state. From this page the salespeople can convert their points into vouchers and download these from the site. 2. (BACK END / WP-ADMIN) Head office staff landing page with a sales login by state which allows staff to upload sales figures to be converted to rewards points via the website (using an algorithm). That is, when the staff member uploads sales transactions with a unique customer and sales person ID, those dollars are converted into points via a simple conversion. I.E. $1 = 10 points. The points will then be displayed per salesperson and shown in a leaderboard format for that state. Site requirements: · Build of 2 x landing pages accessed via secure login · Monthly upload of sales transactions · Data report showing list of transactions and their equivalent points value – frequency to be determined with the client but may be weekly, fortnightly or monthly for example. · Integration of loyalty rewards vouchers to the website · Ability for head office staff to offer ‘double your points’ promotions and activate this on the site. · Ability to reset points after 12 months. I'm thinking that the most difficult component here would be creating the interface to upload sales data and writing the algorithm that converts those figures to a points balance. Also modifying WooCommerce so that purchases can be made using the points in the account instead of money.
