Our website is a B2B website and the following features are expected:
• All users has access to browse or navigate the site, but only products from certain groups. Price shown are MSRP. If an user wants to purchase they can add them to the shopping cart and pay for it, but this account will a consumer account
• For distributor/wholesaler, they will need to register and provide require information to establish an wholesale account. Registration is not active until we have reviewed the account, assign price level and product groups. Once a distributor is registered the site must send an email notification to our sales manager acknowledge him that someone has registered as distributor.
• Once the distributor/wholesale is activated, they can login and look at the products assigned and their respective price level. They can also be able to download a price list and datafeed but only of the items assigned and pricing shown must be from their assigned level.
• Needs different price level for each item
• Needs different products level for each group of customers (Product permission level)
• The site needs to have an OEM page where customer who is interested to make private label products, be able to provide contact information and minimum information to start the project like description of the item, images, specification, target cost, etc.
• Site must support product swatches like colors, patterns, style, etc.
• Site must support upsale, add-ons, related items, kits or bundles.
• Site mist support configurable items with different price level based on colors, patterns, style, etc.
• Website must be mobile friendly
• Site must able to support Credit card payment, Paypal, etc.
• Site must have integration with shipping company like Fedex, UPS, USPS, etc.
• Site must able to calculate shipping charge based on dimension and physical weight and multiple package shipment
• Site must be able to integrate with a third party ERP system and/or inventory management software
• Site must allow to ship to different/multiple address for a single order
• Site must have an optimize response time
• Site will automatically send an email to customer once an order is placed and shipped. Allow to email to multiple email addresses
• Item filters: Customer can select by price, color, pattern size, etc. (multiple filters)
