Build a website to sell digital giftcards/coupons

I need a website built. The purpose of the site is to sell digital gift cards for my multiple client's businesses to be delivered to customers via email ... So I need this 1. An intake form/sign up process for clients that will take their companies info and help create a profile for their business and product (the gift card/coupon) automatically on our "sales page". To sign up they must agree to $25 monthly fee paid via paypal... Profile will require logo pic, company name, contact info name, email and phone number. Coupon/ gift card creation will require product photo, category selection, headline, price, description and fine print section along with PayPal email to receive the funds from sales. $1 transaction fee from each gift card sale should charged back to our paypal account ... 2. A client will have access to a member log in page with their password and user name, where the client can view an up to date real time report of who purchased the gift card, total sales and ability to mark a gift card "redeemed" and down load their list of buyers and buyers info. Also a simple login page for customers who have purchased gift cards where they can view their past orders... easy sign up process with fb login option 3. A sales page with each gift card (gift cards must be searchable, and filterable/ organize-able by category, price and popularity) The page should auto rotate best selling gift cards with each new view...The sales page is where customers can buy the gift cards (via paypal) and have a link for downloadable gift card (PDF) sent to their email with a unique stamp on each card containing the customers email name and order number or bar-code OR unique number to ensure gift cards cannot be copied... 4. a button in buyers login page to resend past orders (downloadable links) to customers who have bought gift cards but if its been marked redeemed have it just say "Sorry, you can't download the gift but here is a receipt for the purchase (with all the order info on it)" 5 . A pop up screen on home page collecting potential customers emails with zip-codes and sorting them by zip code (Local only emails only for now) whose in?
