Build me a websit

- I want a full-stack dynamic website that have a full authentication system (sign-up/verification/login/remembering-password if specified). - Each email can create up to 4 accounts (users). - A user cann't login with the same account from different place at the same time. - The website has main sections lets say (A,B,C,...) - Each section of them is categorized into one or more sections (ex: A is categorized into AA, AB, AC, ...) - Each one of the last categorization is categorized in more sections and so on... (OVERALL he website has 6 levels of nested categorization LIKE IN THE UPLOADED PHOTO ) - At least each level has one section while others can be added and removed at run time. -The last one contains a video and MCQ questions that can be submitted. Sections in the photo don't have to be nested in the same page, It's just an overview of the structure (A page can have choices that leads to its child and so on -It's a design issue-)
