Build and upgrade a Website (need expert developers only)

1) Please check attached docs(JobPosting_17thMar2017_V1) for more details 2) Code is written in core PHP 3) Kindly do not bid if you are not a company and if you do not have a team. Individual developer are requested not to bid. 4) The Developer should be proficient in English or Hindi to communicate. A Developer/company owner should not be rude and should always talk politely. 5) Total work should be divided into 4 different phases. Once all bugs will be fixed then only will make the complete payment. You cannot force for the early payment. 6) At least 3 PHP developers should work on this at a time and all phases will go in parallel. I will directly communicate with them. (No one will talk rudely). 7) How payment will be done Example: Suppose, for 3 Phase we will pay you 100 USD. Then phase will be like this 15% ------30% ----------30% ---------25%. • Once you complete phase1 -->you test and share the test doc -->then we will test--> you fix the bugs then we pay you 15 USD • Once you complete phase2 -->you test and share the test doc -->then we will test-->you fix the bugs then we pay you 30 USD • Once you complete phase3 -->you test and share the test doc -->then we will test--> you fix the bugs then we pay you 30 USD • Once complete website testing, we will pay remaining 25 USD. 8) We do not hire on an hourly basis. Suppose I need something new functionality, then I will club multiple new functionalities and make a project on freelancer and will allow the user to bid and will give you Avg Bid (this is the best way to avoid any kind of fight). so later we will stick to this plan only. 9) Kindly make the proper documents and clearly write for your proper understanding for each functionality, then only will award the project 10) Will be given max 30 days to complete development and testing, so complete testing and bug fixing should be finished on 30th days. 11) All functionalities Should be implemented in max 1 months. 12) On Daily basis, I need update 13) Work need to be done on live servers 14) There will be two server A. one for development – need to be configured (share hosting) B. one for live website – need to be configured (VPS hosting) 15) Discussion timing 6:30 PM – 11:00 PM IST 13)Discuss all functionality in detail because later there should not be any doubt regarding functionalities. 14) I need all clear picture from the developer side that they have understood it or not for the functionalities in details because I would like to be assure that you have understood it clearly and later no issues to with be created while development.... 16) The Developer has to provide proper KT on implemented functionalities. 17)Developer should be ready to accept review comments 18)You will have to send me code once in two days
