Build two Websites

Hi freelancer, Zifram and Casecesarilli project is my first project I'm using freelancer to deliver it. I've already advertised the work few days ago but I din't include few informations and I received wrong contacts so I decided to close the old one and re-advertise this one more accurate. I need to create two multi-language (Italian and English to start) websites I own already the domain and hosting (ftp access available if needed): 1. [login to view URL]: a very basic showcase website for a tech start-up (IT consulting, solution and software selling). I've already a server with Joomla 3.x installed and the template I would like to use uploaded and below for your reference: ([login to view URL]). I have also related professional pics to use. Very straight forward menu: Home, who we are, solutions, services, partnership, contacts (I've an excel file with all the texts in Italian and English). It would be useful to have a landing page system I can use to launch a new service campaign. 2. [login to view URL]: a website for my father's farmhouse to advertise organic products and allow guests to book the two rooms available at the moment (a booking system without online payment for now just to reserve the rooms on a calendar). I’ve the content including pics ready because the website existed before a hacker burnt it down. The website itself is gone (no backup at that time) but I've a word file with all the content used before. Just need to translate the Italian texts in English. I like the style of the following template even if it is for Wordpress: [login to view URL] Same Main Menu but instead of “Shop” I need for now “Products”. I’ve a basic knowledge of Joomla that is why I would prefer the websites to be made with it but I'm open to consider Wordpress if it is easier and cheaper. Please don't ask me what is the budget I've in mind for both websites because I stated it in the advert (from 30$ to 250$). If a module/template is needed I will consider to buy it as extra and please include in the offer also a bit of SEO, I'm preparing the meta-tag. Thanks Alfredo
