Build A software

This is a questionnaire (16 questions) for students, who are rating their own self and team mates performance (team size may vary between 3 to 6) by rating themselves and their teammates on a score ranging from 1 to 6 (Rating 1-2 means does not understand physics and doesn't answer questions, 3-4 means does understand physics and answer questions, 5-6 means understand physics very well and answer maximum questions). First, each student is evaluated by his teammates and himself and his record is maintained. Second, for each student, the average of question number 1 and 2 denotes Factor 1, average of question number 3,4,5,6 denotes Factor 2, average of question number 3,4,7,8,9 denotes Factor 3, average of question number 8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15 denotes Factor 4, average of question number 1,2,10,11,12,13,14,16 denotes Factor 5 and average of question number 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16 denotes Factor 6 is calculated. Third, a record of all the six factors for each student is maintained. Then class average, class standard deviation, student evaluation scores and self evaluation scores are computed from second step. Fourth, calculate group average of each group. Then compile the results in form of a table as shown in uploaded word file.
