Looking for the right person to build a search engine similar to Google and it should have a mail feature... It has a name n concept just need someone to execute... Will need ALL source code... Must load and launch onto domain... Must be available to give updates n chat n be willing to work WITH me... Must be willing to work quickly... Will pay milestones as we go... Will NOT pay all at once OR set up Milestones all at once... Please doint ask... We don't do it after getting burned on here before... Must be realistic on cost n give honest accurate estimate... Reskins aren't horrifically costly these days so be reasonable... Must have an idea of timeline... Approximately how long it may take to complete... Must be honest and hard working...
