Build a LMS (Learning Management System) App (Android + iOS + Web)

A Vocational Training School is in need of well experienced App developer with background in Android, iOS and Web. The training company courses will be solely based on the Learning Management System. This is a fairly large company and provides over 100 professional courses. This project involves some graphic designing. The project is Split into 2 parts. Part A: Learning & Practices and Part B: Assessments. Although both are intertwine with each other there are significant different things.
