Auto Transport Website

I would like to buy the current web template [login to view URL] and make tweaks to it. Instead of car rental, this website will be geared toward a car transportation. Here are the things I need to tweak. 1.) Instead of book a car or manage reservation, I would like to put a detailed calculator that will generate a quote to customer when selecting a certain type of car, and locations. I can provide you with iFrame interface for it to implement it. I would like the Iframe calculator on each pages of the website, and all text and contents will surround it. ( I plan on using the calculator from this site, [login to view URL]) 2.) On the home page, I would like to get rid of sign up for our email. [login to view URL] 3.) On the FAQ page, I need the following done. [login to view URL] 4.) How hard is it to edit content and text for the website? Will I need a special program to do so. Additional background: I have purchased a domain and is hosted by GoDaddy. I purchased the Ultimate Linux Hosting with cPanel option for my domain. As for the website, I would like my site to look something similar to this website ([login to view URL]), as far how the layout, tabs, and contents are displayed. Also, after you have created the website for me, how easy would it be for a rookie to make changes to the site, such as, changing verbiage and moving locations of tabs if needed to. Please let me know how much that will cost.
