App info upload, location selection, and payment system

1. Create an app info upload form exactly like the current "Start Your Ad" form. You can make it a pop-up or page. 2. Create a "Buy" button with a drop box of prices (I should be able to set these prices on the location upload page. 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, 1 year). Prices will vary. 3. Create a "Reserve" feature under the "Buy" button drop box that allows users to reserve locations for a fee. The fee will be $5, but sometimes more. I should be able to set the fee on the location upload page. 4. After app developers enter there apps information, they should have a profile created with all the locations they select. Please see the attachments. 5. There needs to be a Cart and Payment system (Paypal widget) to allow app developers to pay for their locations. Once they pay for their locations our system should automatically bill them 1 month before their ad expires. This is why we have the ON and OFF switch. 6. App developers CANNOT edit existing ads because we can't change the poster. 7. We will need to integrate our mobile app to track QR code scans later. (You do not have to create the mobile app, I'm just letting you know that's how we will do it later). 8. After you've made it possible for app owners to upload their app, select locations, and pay for those locations, please try out the entire system. Meaning, upload an app, set the price for locations, and then pay for locations you select to make sure it call works. 9. Please see [login to view URL] for an example 10.
