Alternate Social Media site

REQ1: Facebook Alt- A website that offers the same social media value as fb but with all the bells and whistles fb does not have or will not implement. REQ2: Twitter Alt- A website that offers the same social media value as Twitter but with all the bells and whistles Twitter does not have or will not implement. Please submit your bid to complete such a website. Pay no attention to the budget notification in the body of the post. We can negotiate a price. Please submit two bids for each REQ. A- the first bid should be an estimated cost to duplicate each website to match it's basic form. (Example: exactly like the site ie fb, Twitter). This will give me an idea of the basic cost involved. B- the second bid should be some sort of estimate that would give me an idea of what it will cost to improve upon the basic website and add certain elements that would push the user experience past the level that is typical with fb and Twitter. (these "add-on's" can be part of an ongoing discussion). You can make suggestions as to what add-on's should be implemented. Please include an estimated time frame for completing. Thank you!
