Adventure Sports Web Site Design Overview: I need someone to redesign a web site for my adventure sports company. The current site is located at: [login to view URL] The current site is quite dated, and needs a complete re-do. I am looking for someone to put together some different concepts for a design and work with me to tweak them to get the final design perfect. As part of this project there are no expecations here for you to do any back end coding/logic, just to deliver HTML, CSS, and potentially some Javascript if required for your design. I am a .NET developer so I will be handling all of the backend logic. I would also like someone who is at least aware of SEO, if you have some knowledge of SEO that is great. Search engine rank is important for the keywords "adventure racing". Currently we are on the first page of Bing and the fourth page on Google and we would like this site to improve upon that. I do not expect you to be an SEO expert, I understand that this is a profession in itself. However it is necessary to understand how SEO works so that the design can be flexible to allow for proper SEO. I will provide the following: - I have a large library of images from our events that you can choose from. I would prefer to stay away from stock images, unless they are very generic. I can also help guide you in what image may be appropriate for certain pages. - A Microsoft Word document containing a site map for the new site. The new sites navigation/menu can work, look, and function differently that the current site. It does not need to match the current site; this is your design and we are looking for a fresh start! A Microsoft Word document containing the full text for each page in the new site. Most of these pages will be static HTML/CSS. I do have a registration form that needs to be put together as part of the site as well, however you are only responsible for design of the form itself, NOT the back end to process the form data and save it to the database. - The company logo in vector format. I also have it in PNG, JPG, GIF etc. if needed. Requirements: - Complete design and Deliver HTML, CSS, etc. - Full static website delivered with all text and images laid out and ready to go. - I need someone who can begin working on the site quickly. - Photo Gallery for prior events. Expectations: At a minimum I would expect a custom landing page, along with a frame that would be used for the subpages and also to add additional pages in the future if we need to do that. I would like the landing page to be impressive and visually stunning, highlighting some of the more dramatic images from our events. That could be in some sort of image rotator, or otherwise, the design is up to you. I would also be nice to have the site be somewhat responsive so that it would look decent on tablets.
