Add/Update Functionality to my existing Ecommerce

So I hired someone here to create my website, however, we had a hard time communicating. Whenever I have review points, he would say he will fix it. but when I follow up, he will ask me what was that about and that was the cycle. I was so frustrated that I just want to finish atleast the important functions and I will just continue whatever he was not able to do. Actually, I don't want to hire someone else to continue since I already paid to much to the developer but didn't get the outcome that I want. However I am not really familiar with wordpress and woocommerce so I am not confident. here's my website: [login to view URL] This is the one which I've updated already. Still not appealing right? So from what I saw, here are the functionalities that I requested, but was not done 1. Customize email being sent e.g notification when order was placed 2. Customize the order status aside from the default status 3. I can't add brand name per product 4. No product overlay e.g New item, sale, out of stock, best seller etc. 5. Shop page navigation is not smooth 6. Waitlist and wishlist functionality 7. Newsletter I hope you can help me and this time, i hope my requirement will be met.
