Small products website

I need a website with a couple of sub-pages. The main purpose is to present and sell some small software products. Look should be very professional.. so not to fancy but also not to simple. needs to be pure html... any banner animation, carouse, dropdownsl or whatever for presentation and visual FX should be integrated by java-applets or simple scripts. There is no involvement of PHP, ASP or what so ever language. Sub page links include "products" (with several options)," buy now", compare, support (with option to either email or visit a forum), About, download. Subpages itself might also have other pages as subpages.. but that will be clear in the further desing process. Forum is not part of the project.. so don't worry about that. Program icons should be used to represent the available programs... they are light grayish to black.. so just for color matching. But also depends on your design preferences and how you want everything to look at the end. It would be good, if you already have a pleasant design in that category, that we can discuss and modify. No hijacked stuff from the typical template sites.. I know all those designs. And in general nothing that has any sort of strange copyright.. If icons, that I will provide seperately are not the best choice designwise, we might need additional redesigning them to make it all look professional. This is not a big job, so please keep bids realistic.
