Pay Per Download Script , Need EXPERT PHP, MYSQL

Looking for ONLY PEOPLE WHO HAVE EXPERIENCE IN PPD. ppd is complicated and is not something regular php coder can do. I have a PPD script. I need you to add some modules to it, and bring some ideas to life. This is LOTS of hard PHP work. SO please only contact if you have done work on PPD sites. I need offer optimizer, so user can select which offers to show on each locker -widget locker -link locker -file locker -video locker You also will need to code and add a VIDEO LOCKER module to the script. I will explain in all details Also need simple market place category , (Used to sell services to PPD network users) Profile page, where users can message each other. (WIll explain) Needs STATISTICS PAGES. Need somebody good in GOOGLE API, who can make charts in my template. Like : Daily stats, hourly stats, bad lead stats, + more stats pages ALSO need some MODERNIZATIONS, and some template work.
