Office 365 Sharepoint Expert required for Design of intranet site

We are looking for someone who has a lot of experiencing with Office 365 Sharepoint features and functions and able to design a complete Intra net internal site for us with all useful links and buttons which can be a intra net home page for all our staff who can find all useful links there. In short we need a basic home page to start with where we have our 1. Internal wiki. We need to know how to use it and how to manage it easily so we can expand it in future 2. All internal useful links going to various important locaitons that our staff need to use on daily basis. We need to know how to add these links 3. Important icons of important apps we need to use on day to day basis. 4. Microsoft One Note and setup of these notes links for differnet staff members 5. Menu on the home page which is easily expandable where we can add and remove links or items in future. This all need to be on our home page which is to be easily customizable and different permissions setup for differnent apps especially for Notes and wiki and design to have icons and useful menus. thanks Sunny
