Looking for a company to help us build a paywalled B2B, WordPress-based financial news and information website.
We are keen to work closely with someone to build this using established Wordpress plugins and themes. We will not require custom design initially although we are interested in potentially entering into a long-term relationship to expand the website with additional features that are likely to need custom work.
The text-heavy site will be publishing at least 1,000 articles a year and so needs excellent in-site search, and be easy to modify content for journalists with limited technical ability.
You should be familiar with building sites that use the Magic Members/Member Mouse plugins and email provider plugins such as MailChimp or Constant Contact.
We are hoping an initial beta site can be up and running by early February.
Our main clients are banks, governments and other high-level institutions and multinational companies, so the site must be extremely secure and have a very professional look and feel. That said, we don't require a cutting-edge Flash-based site – just something that is responsive, easy to read and simple to use.
