3 Facebook Advertisements to be created

Hello, We are a start up companying that is looking to partner up with extremely creative people. We are interested in building long term relationships, as we hope that once our business is launched there will be a lot of other work that will be required. We are looking to get 3 FB ads created. This will also serve for us to see what type of talent exists out there. However we want people who actually put some thought process behind their work. We want ads that will generate the most likes/shares for our page (obviously). Budgets can be flexible/negotiated for the right talents, but you will have to convince us, and we're not easy to please! 1. Where can we see previous ads that you have designed? 2. What type of ads generate the most FB likes/shares? 3. How many concepts would you provide for each ad? 4. What are the most important features (according to you) for any add on FB? 5. What will you require from us .. in terms of content and such? Please be detailed. 6. You will also agree that our ads will not be show to anyone else (not even part of your portfolio).
