Marketing & Social Media Co-ordinator – Barden Ridge
An opportunity exists for a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator with Graphic Design knowledge for approx. 8-14 hours per week over 1 or 3 days.
The job is based at The Ridge Golf facility in the Sutherland Shire. The facility features an 18 hole championship course, a 52 bay floodlight day and night driving range and is home to the Sutherland Shire Golf Academy.
The main purpose of this role is to assist management implement their ideas and promote the business through a variety of marketing and communications initiatives. Some knowledge of golf is desired but not crucial.
The role can be performed remotely or onsite as a freelance arrangement, with a minimum of fortnightly onsite management meetings required.
Key tasks include:
• Help develop and manage marketing plans for all programs and services.
• Coordinate content for a regular e-newsletter using email communication software.
• Manage website content using CMS and liaise with web designer for site changes.
• Social Media Management & updates – Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram.
• Develop printed marketing materials and liaise with graphic designers & printers.
• Write and Manage PR material
• Undertake admin & customer database tasks as appropriate to the role.
Skills & Experience:
• Skilled with Microsoft Office Suite & Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experienced using email communication software & web content management software. Business Catalyst Platform desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Well organised and able to handle multiple projects
• Good attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines.
Remuneration negotiable based on skill level and tools. Own laptop & software desirable or we can provide.
