MAKE $$$ - Hiring New Grapic Designers 4 Help with Logo and Corporate Identity - Multiple Designers ON-GOING WORK

My graphic design company "Winning Designs" is rapidly growing, and I am looking for talented graphic designers to help me with branding, logos and corporate ID- among other projects. I am also getting more web-design projects recently. I am looking to hire ASAP. I need designers who are Illustrator experts. You must have a good eye and be very creative. Professionalism and punctuality is also very important. I'm looking for long term relationships. Most of my designers are foreign at the moment, but I am open to working with anyone, anywhere. I will award this project to you if you fit the profile I am looking for. Please bid for 1 logo job. In your proposal, you can list how much you charge for corporate identity, and just business cards, as this is often requested by my clients. BUT...do not include this in your bid price. Only bid for the design of 1 logo. I will need multiple concepts and revisions. We will start with that, and if you impress me, there are many more jobs I can provide you. If you are located near Los Angeles, there is also a possibility to hire you as a full or part time IN-house designer. Please give me your best price for a logo. If I am interested in working with you, I will message you with the brief and you can adjust your bid up or down at that time according to how much you feel is fair for the first job. If you want to include an hourly rate in your proposal also, that will help me assess for further jobs also, even though I work on a fixed basis with all my freelancers up until now.
