Joomla Website - budget $300

This is an outline of what the client wants the clients name is PTI ([login to view URL]) Basically they want to copy this [login to view URL] This organisation does exactly what PTI does but in another area. These will be the main navigation across the top • Inicio (home) • Quien Somos (about us) • Quien Pueden Participar (who can participate) • Actividades (con calendario del eventos) (activities - this will contain a calender of events) • Proyectos (part for everyone to view and another part that required login) (project) But if you see there is also a sub navigation on each page which is the same content but in their site it will have links like this • Calendario de actividads (calender) • Bibliografia (Library) • Equipo del proyecto (Project Team) • Foro (visible only to people with login, people) (forum) • Galeria de fotos Then in sections on the home page leave a space to display • Videos • To show links to related websites • Login • Somewhere to broadcast the latest events The colour scheme and logo should be the same as ([login to view URL]), but I forgot what the name of the site will be so leave that open at the moment. I will find out. I don´t want flash anywhere on this site just strong imagary. Can you quote me if I supply the design or if you supply the design. I have attached a JPEG of I design idea that I had but if its a pain to integrate into joomla it can change. My budget is quite small on this one
