Education Bingo

I would like to make and Education App for iOS platforms. The app should be very similar to Math Bingo (Math Bingo by [login to view URL] on app store at [login to view URL]) so I would like a bingo grid style game where a clue is provided and the player selects an answer until a line has been made from one side of the grid to the other. There should be three difficulty levels; easy, medium and hard. See a video of the game play at [login to view URL] The game needs to be able to make and save 30 profiles and to record the top scores for easy, medium and hard levels for each profile. The game will have two different modes. For example, the Math Bingo could be played either as a numbers game (4 + 2; answer, 6) or as a word game (four + two; answer six) What I need for this app includes: All design and coding work, including splash screen, app icon, app store images and all graphics. I have a mockup of how I would like the app to look but also welcome suggestions on this. it needs to be a universal app - works on both iPad and iPhone I will need bug fixing I will require assistance submitting the app to the app store Please clearly indicate if your bid is a placeholder bid.
