Part-time Writer with Perfect English and Decent Designing Skills

Our company is looking for a part-time writer who has perfect grasp of standard English Grammar and has some skills using Photoshop or any graphic designing tools.
A total of 15-20 working hours per week.
The timings are flexible, but you need to be working on at least 3 weekdays per week, and 2 hours of each of the weekdays working needs to be between 8:00a.m.- 5:00 p.m. (Singapore time).
This means, 6 hours of the working time needs to be on weekdays between 8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m. (Singapore time) and the remaining 9 hours are flexible. Which also means that the 6 hours working time on weekdays between 8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m. (Singapore time) is split to 3 days.
We will pay $1.5/hour for the job.
Main Tasks are:
-Proof read our worksheets and data,
-Help write articles and report
-Create wonderful and fun Facebook post
-SEO
-Design simple info-graph
-other Virtual assistant tasks such as web research etc. (occasionally)
We may have additional hours on certain urgent weeks or increase the overall working hours when we have more budget.
