Ongoing work for professional romance writers

We are looking to form long lasting relationships with a large number of professional romance writers for ongoing work. We offer a great, collaborative environment and prefer to work with amazing writers on great stories. We definitely DO NOT want to produce quantity over quality. ** If you cannot do an audio call with us - please do not apply. Requirements: - Native English speakers only. We understand that there are some very talented writers out there - but, if we can spot it, so can our readers.  - You MUST have samples of previous work in contemporary romance and provide them with your proposal. Please provide as many samples as you can - MSWORD documents only. Please provide romance samples only - we are looking for writers with previous experience. Any other genre will not be entertained. - We require our writers to stick to deadlines. If you can’t reasonably keep to schedule, then this isn’t for you. - We are looking to develop good relationships with our writers as this work will be  ongoing, therefore an audio call is a mandatory part of the interview process. We have encountered numerous candidates who misrepresent themselves - if you cannot do an audio call with us, then please do not apply. We need to know who we're working with. - The work will be split in to 4 milestones, 1 a week of between 12,500 to 15,000 words.  - No rough drafts. Not at any point in the process - and this cannot be emphasised enough. There are good writers and bad writers - we know the difference. The work should be self edited before EACH weekly submission. - Included in the last submission should be a blurb, synopsis & 5 tag lines as well as title suggestions.  - You will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement. - Competitive bids will be entertained first.  We are currently growing our catalogue - if you’re looking for a long term position, then this is for you. The writers who help build our operation now will be give better contracts down the road.
