I have experience in book keeping and accounts for an actuarial firm where I have been working for the last few years. Whilst there I implemented a new invoice recording spreadsheet and also created a system for chasers to be sent out to clients. I also previously worked for an accountancy firm in the personal tax department, so I have a good all round understanding of finances. My role with the actuarial firm included most aspects of business operations so I will be able to assist you with many other jobs.
I do not have experience with the Xero software - however I am happy to undertake training/learning the software in my own time - from what I have seen, I don't believe I should have any problems with using the software.
I am based in Orkney - but as I've only just moved here from down south, I am up and down through Scotland a few times a year if you would like face to face meetings etc.
I am doing part time study but I do not currently have any other time commitments, so I would be able to commit as much time to you as you needed.
