Help with Garden Maintenance

I need a experienced gardener to tidy up my very overgrown rear garden. trim all around the bushes, up the fencing surrounding the garden and then pull up all weeds, general tidy up of all plant boxes, small stones etc, make the garden look nice again. If possible advise on how to bring the garden back to life! clear out the old shed, replace with new one, paint the fencing, clear old dead grass and take away old items. I have a tree in the middle of the garden, want the branches trimmed.
