Looking for a full time web design help/marketer

I am CEO of a very well established hosting company. [login to view URL] Due to various circumstances we are looking for one person to work for us full time. You will need to have had at least 2 years experience in 3d rendering, and 4-5 years experience in web design. Your duties will be to bring in customers to our site, by any means. IE: Phone, Word-of-mouth, advertising etc. Along with this the person must also be excellent at flash programming, and web design, and also able to implement a customer login system, and an ecommerce platform on our site. I am the only other designer for my company, so the work is getting to be overwelming. As a marketer/web designer, you will not only design our main site, but also other customers that we assign to you. You will be paid on a commission basis. So, you will be paid by the customers you bring in. Basically, the more customers you bring to us, the more you will get paid. We can negotiate payment structures later. In order for us to select you, we will need to see a portfolio, whether it in the PM or a link to the portfolio itself.
