Flash banner + newsletter

Hi there, I need: - a flash banner for my client that produces solar panels. - a newsletter template for a car seller. But the winner will get other jobs since i need this kind of jobs even now and then. 1) BANNER I am attaching a bad gif banner to give you a mock up "[login to view URL]" REQUIREMENTS: - DIMENSION 728x150px - MUST BE IMPRESSIVE - MUST FULFILL THE GOOGLE ADWORDS GUIDELINE (MAX 50KB, MAX 30 SECONDS...) [login to view URL] - MUST CONTAIN ClickTAG parameter Examples of nice banner are attached "NICE [login to view URL]" 2)NEWSLETTER I need a newsletter for a client. Attached you will find some advertisements of my client ([login to view URL]) for news paper. We need to convert this advertisement for newspaper to a newsletter (only 3-4 cars not all of them!) I need a template (THE NEWSLETTER IS A HTML PAGE) which works with outlook-thunderbird, etc., that it's readable even though the email client blocks images… PAYMENT: As you can read in my feedback, I pay immediately after the job is ultimate and before receiving the final version.
