Social Media Assistant - Twitter & Facebook Accounts and Research

I would like to develop a long term relationship with a virtual assistant / social media assistant who can grow into this position and take on more responsibility and self direction. Pay will be according to ability to complete these and more advanced projects; as the assistant becomes more self sufficient I will be happy to add more hours per day and pay more per hour. I am willing to consider an agency for this project if I am provided a dedicated account manager. Ideally, the successful candidate will be an expert user of Twitter and Facebook and write fluently in English that sounds natural to a native English speaker from North America, Canada, England, Australia, etc. Must be able to do basic keyword research and use common sense in order to develop social media posts. **The ability to format and upload Wordpress posts would be a HUGE help to me.** Someone who can eventually handle my Google+ accounts, too, would be a plus. You will be required to track hours working on my project. I'd prefer to hire someone who is a moderate to advanced user of a social media dashboard or specific social media tools to save time and effort. Right now, I need help with the following: 1. Send tweets and a direct messages with a business questionnaire to specific followers I’ve included in a list on Twitter. Take questions and their answers then format into a document for me. Eventually, I will like the selected VA to research and find suitable businesses to whom to send this questionnaire without my assistance. 2. Basic email filtering and replies - once a day and usually very few emails if any at all related to this project. 3. Primary social media responsibilities with (5) Twitter accounts and (4) Facebook accounts. The specific accounts and work required for each account is detailed in the document attached to this project posting. ***Please read and understand the attached document prior to making a bid.** It is very important. All bids must include a very good estimate number of hours to complete these tasks. Unrealistic bids, either too high or too low, will not be considered.
