Looking to use a custom audience (email or phone number) to target specific facebook users AND then deliver a custom text ad. for example. For user 1@[login to view URL], Text: "having trouble with 213 33rd street? Contact us For user 2@[login to view URL], Text "Having trouble with 11 West 21st street? Contact us Each email (or phone number) is associated with a different address. 1.) I will provide a CSV file with email or phone and the related address 2.) I will provide a baseline ad text, which some part of the ad need to be dynamic i.e. Having trouble with [address associated with email], contact us Not 100% sure this can be done, but if can, please put a bid in.
