Skills and Capabilities: Ability to track multiple projects simultaneously Familiarity with telecommunications terms, service types and carrier billing platforms a strong plus Intermediate to advanced level MS Excel skills: functions, filters, pivot tables, macros Manage project planning and scheduling the provisioning of circuits and disconnect requests; Monitor, document and communicate relevant information relating to project planning and scheduling activities; Review contract terms and ensure billing accuracy according to contract agreement; Create monthly billing expense analysis reports for executive review; Review and Identify improvements to project; Be a team player and coordinate with people from other departments when necessary 3+ years of experience; Strong knowledge and experience with telecommunications billing and services Experience working with Billing and Order Management systems with various carriers Experience working with Telco globally is highly desired. Must have knowledge of Contact Center terminology and concepts, any operational support experience is a plus
