If you want to use Online website which can be accessible only by you and your employers then you can get one from godaddy for hosting which is supported by PHP/MYSQL. I can create PHP script which will take all of this excel data into MYSQL and create a report system how you need the calculation or display with results should be. The other project about scrapping can be done in PHP too so i can review that too if you give me the source website. so discuss with me please if you dont understand what i meant.
