Pop up message required when event created

Dear sir In my excel there is two file one is streaming stock in this file not to edit because this is main file this file hide after that work area file is open there i want change any programming or macro to change its possible . My requirement is When Number add or Remove in O and P Column the i want Pop up message In this file alredy micro added in modules its run but when to click on execute button I want online because this online file data continuous reflecting If any issue to understand in this file please contact me 9594771568 / 9221266515
