Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a Payroll Administrator:The primary responsibility of the Payroll Administrator is to process the time worked, attendance and employee deduction information in the payroll system. This job reports to the Payroll Manager or the Controller. Process bi-weekly payroll for 800 employees Issue payroll reversals and prepare stop payment Prepare journal entries that are payroll related Prepare spreadsheets with ADP and Excel Reconcile vacation and sick accruals We are an equal opportunity employer and make hiring decisions based on merit.
