We are searching for an Administrative Assistant — someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you’ll perform routine secretarial and administrative support duties. Responsibilities Manage the purchase orders for the department Maintain office supply inventory at appropriate levels and track the expenses against the budget Prepare meeting agendas, documents, and packets in a timely manner Process, sort, and distribute mail Maintain current departmental job descriptions, departmental rosters, phone trees, and security access files
