Need EXCEL Wizard to improve my Finance data spreasheet, macros,automation,optimization and charts

I have a spreadsheet containing finance transactions of the 3 bank accounts of my company 2 in USD 1 in othe currency. There are 450 transactions from Febriary 2016 to June 2016.(I need to import more months Jan 2016 and July 2016 and more in the future in easy way) The 2 banks that i get my bankstatements from my banks which allow excel or csv/text exporting of the transactions but both banks obviously use different formating. So the way that i am importing the data in 1 excel sheet is to download the statements from the banks and manually add it to excel modify, clean the cells and format it appropriately so all the data is standartirized. I need you to figure out a way for me to automate the importing and the standartarization of the data in excel maybe through macros or anything else. Then all transactions i have categorized based on, transaction date, value date, bank account name,transaction description, activity category (advertising,hosting services,salaries etc) and partnership categories screenshot: [login to view URL] Since i am working with a partner i have to send him his parts of the project profits and also keep track of how much is our profits, ,my personal profits and expenses, account balances and money transfers between my own bank [login to view URL] me and my partner split 50/50 how much i have sent him and how much i need to send him, + percentage of how much money i keep that are my partners and i havent sent to [login to view URL] there are some transactions that are personal and we are not counting towards the partnership Also there was a balance before jan 2016 in the bank accounts which i am not sure where to add and how to calculate. So from all the data i have made a privot table that looks like this + some calculations outside of the pivot table. Issue 1:I need solid way to easily import bank accounts data standartarize it and add it to the excel sheet containing all the transactions and have the pivot table update itself when i add more transactions for future or old [login to view URL] using macros or something. Issue 2: The pivot table is a bit complicated is there a way to simplify everything maybe add charts and automations dont know what and how you suggest [login to view URL] chart that show Revenue,Profit,Expenses per month broken down by categories where everything is visual and wil be updated in real time once new data is added will be useful. So overall i need you to simplify and improve the spreadsheet that i will show you. So i can easily add the bank transactions data format and standartarize it and have it dynamically updated and analyzed. So these are the main issues i will give out video to the bidders where i go over the spreadsheet and show how the bank data is being given to me and show everything.
