Need Excel Template Manipulated for Data Entry By Others

Hello, I've done many small projects like this one in Excel and Access for my own job. I completed what you asked already as a way to stay sharp in my skills. I love scripting and visual basic. Unfortunately, there is no way to force a workbook to enable macros upon opening. This would be a major flaw for hackers to exploit easily. However, a user can change their settings to always enable macros for workbooks and never be prompted after one initial time. I do have a question though. If someone selects something in Column W, should the X column be limited as well? I would be happy to provide support after completion as well (free of charge, provided it's minor changes). Thanks!
